Cathy Harding | President
Cathy Harding is President and CEO of the Wyandotte Health Foundation in Kansas City, Kansas which has a mission to promote and improve the health of Wyandotte County residents, particularly the indigent, through grants and collaborative efforts. She has served in this capacity since July 2014.
Cathy moved to Whispering Ridge from Topeka, Kansas in August 2014, and has a son living in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Jared Altic | Vice President
Jared is a native Kansan, born in Lawrence, who has lived in the Piper area since 2000, moving into their current home in 2012. He trained for ministry at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, MO, and has been the preaching minister at Wyandotte County Christian Church for 18 years. He and his wife were high school sweethearts, have been married for almost 23 years, and have five children. He enjoys history, movies, TV, and playing games with his family and going to the firing range.

Jessica Bane | Secretary
Jessica is an assistant at a third generation investment company in the Kansas City area. She and her husband Michael, along with their son, moved to Whispering Ridge, The Bluff, in February of 2016. Jessica has experience in the field of real estate, interning at a local appraisal company before graduating with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Kansas. She also acquired a Minor in Mass Communications and her Kansas residential real estate license in 2010. She is a shareholder in her small family company which owns commercial real estate.
Jessica previously interned in the Kansas House of Representatives, and before moving to Whispering Ridge, filled the Civic Affairs chair on the Nall Hills Homes Association Board in Overland Park, previously vacated by Representative Stephanie Clayton. Jessica's goals are to finish our amenities as originally planned and have more social events to build camaraderie in the community.
Travis Toms | Member At Large
Travis is a Senior Master Patrolman with the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department and has over 18 years of experience in law enforcement. He's spent more than a decade working in the field of Community Policing, including five years with the Night COPPS Unit, and enjoys the proactive nature of community-based policing and being very involved in programs and projects that benefit the community's youth and their families
Travis was born and raised in St. John, Kansas and is a "PK" (Preacher's Kid). He served in the United States Army Reserves from 1996 until 2003, when he was honorably discharged. Travis and his wife of 19 years, Sara, have two children, a wolf-dog, and a 1957 Chevy truck ('ol Greeny).
